An outbound engine
your team owns.
Built in three weeks.

Sparkcatcher is a GTM engineering studio. We install your complete outbound stack — Clay, cold email, and LinkedIn automation — as a fixed-scope build. One price. One deliverable. No retainer.

Fixed scope, fixed price. You keep every login, list, and playbook when we're done.

Built on the modern GTM stack: ClayInstantlyDripifySmartleadApollo
Past clients: Conduit Coinchange IFS Capital

Including Conduit — now a $36M Series A cross-border payments network.

Retainers sell hours.
We sell the machine.

Most agencies rent you results. They hold the tools, the lists, and the know-how — and the day you stop paying, your pipeline stops with them.

A buildout works differently. We construct the infrastructure inside your accounts: the data engine, the sending infrastructure, the sequences, the playbook. Then we train your team and hand over the keys.

Three weeks later you have a working outbound system with closed loops — replies and learnings feed back into your lists and messaging — not an invoice for another month of "management."

What you get

A complete, working outbound system — installed in your stack, documented, and handed off.

Clay

ICP & list engine

Your total addressable market mapped, enriched, and scored on real buying signals — hiring patterns, legacy-tool detection, funding and expansion news. Workflows your team can rerun forever.

Deliverability

Email infrastructure

Secondary domains, mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, and inbox-placement monitoring — set up correctly so your emails actually land.

Instantly

Campaigns that send

Sequences configured with inbox rotation, sending schedules, and reply routing to your inbox or CRM. Live and sending before we leave.

Dripify

LinkedIn engine

Connection and nurture sequences on your SDR's or BDR's profile, timed to work alongside your email touches — not against them.

Copywriting

Messaging that books meetings

A messaging matrix by persona and trigger, plus every email and LinkedIn script written, tested for deliverability, and ready to iterate on.

Handoff

Playbook & training

Full documentation, Loom walkthroughs of every workflow, and a live training session with your team. Every account is yours from day one.

How it works

A fixed three-week engagement. You'll know exactly what's happening in each one.

Week 1

Foundations

ICP workshop, domain and mailbox setup, warmup begins, Clay workspace built and connected to your data sources.

Week 2

Build

Lists enriched and scored, messaging matrix written, Instantly and Dripify campaigns constructed and QA'd end to end.

Week 3

Launch & handoff

Campaigns go live. We document everything, record walkthroughs, train your team, and hand over every login.

Two builds. Fixed prices.

Pick the scope that matches where you are. If it's listed, it's included — no retainers, no surprise invoices.

Ian Fisher

Sparkcatcher is Ian Fisher. I build GTM systems for B2B fintech companies. Past clients include payments platform Conduit — who started as a client and then hired me in-house — crypto yield platform Coinchange, and SME financier IFS Capital.

Every buildout is done by me, personally — no account managers, no junior team, no agency telephone game. And the sample blueprint on this site isn't a mockup — it's the same system I've built for companies that went on to raise their next round.

Questions founders ask

Why a one-time build instead of a retainer?

Because the hard part of outbound is the setup — data, deliverability, sequencing, messaging. Once the machine exists, running it is a few hours a week your team can own. Paying an agency monthly to push buttons on infrastructure you could operate yourself is where most GTM budgets go to die.

What does the $25,000 Revenue Architecture add?

The Outbound Engine gets you cold outreach. The Revenue Architecture unifies everything — inbound forms, paid ads, outbound, and manual prospecting — into one scoring and routing engine in HubSpot, with tiered SLAs, customer-success signal alerts from your call recordings, and a feedback loop that turns what customers say into your content and talk tracks. See a sample blueprint of exactly what gets built.

How many reps does a build cover?

Up to five. Most of the engine — the Clay workspace, messaging, documentation — serves any team size, but each rep needs their own LinkedIn sequences, mailboxes, and sending infrastructure, so additional seats are $750 each. Scaling past fifteen reps? That's a different project — let's scope it on a call.

What do you need from us?

About five hours total: an ICP workshop in week one, feedback on messaging in week two, and a two-hour training session in week three. We handle everything else.

What happens after handoff?

You run it — the documentation and training are designed for exactly that. If you want us alongside for the first month of operating, we offer optional launch support. But you'll never need us to keep the engine running.

How fast will we see meetings?

Domain warmup takes two to three weeks (it starts on day one), so campaigns ramp to full volume shortly after handoff. Most teams see first replies during week three and meetings booked within the first month of full sending.

We already have some of these tools. Does the price change?

The scope stays the same — we build on what you have and fix what's misconfigured. In practice, existing setups usually need as much work as fresh ones.
